HarmonySuite Cancellation Policy:

 

 

Our cancellation policy is more lenient than the major villa/condo property rental firms in St. Thomas. It is as follows:

 

All guests’ cancellations received prior to 60 days of their scheduled arrival receive a full refund.

 

Cancellations received within the aforementioned 60 day period will receive – on a per night basis - a refund for each previously reserved night that we are able to re-book to another guest. Upon receiving the cancellation, the dates will be revised on our online availability calendar within 24 hours to give others the opportunity to reserve part or all of the dates that were cancelled.

 

Please consider purchasing trip insurance from a third party if this is a concern.
